"broken but beautiful"

The project set out to take a dilapidated old Mission Colonial style home and bring it back to its former glory while carefully modernising it. The renovation project took about a year and included an entire house gut renovation, a two storey addition, new kitchen, three new bathrooms and a new master suite. The objective was to create a home that was clean, bright, modern but still showcased its historical architectural elements.
